Massive congratulations to NOV shareholders and board and management.

Clearly a partnership which has been weeks and months in the making having closed off the old convertible notes a few weeks ago.

For new holders, board, founders and senior management represent about 50% of shares outstanding in Novatti and its no surprise this bank funding works in our favour.

upon completion of this round, $15m goes directly into the NeoBank entity valuing the neobank at $35m initially.

Importantly you can see in the diagram how the bank funding is not dilutive to the NOV capital structure and therefore shareholders.

Amazing effort from NOV to secure this transformational partnership with BC investment group who IMHO basically guarantees funding for the bank entity in the foreseeable future.

Having a $Billion global investment group backing you is no easy feat.

Lastly as a shareholder I'm more than happy to see BC with a small equity stake as well which without doubt a nice way to further align interests between the Novatti shareholders and the Neobank entity.

Congrats holders now we are all but inches away from our banking licence being awarded!!
