Hi Steve, was reading the announcement that included Guy Carvalho mentioning the application for a full bank licence, I take it Novatti is currently operating on the restricted licence and we our waiting on a full banking licence to be approved.
CEO of NBHC, Guy Carvalho, said “The $15m of funds to be raised are more than sufficient to enable us to launch the bank and operate under a restricted banking licence and in parallel progress the application to a full banking licence. BC Invest will accelerate our launch of product and customer acquisition.”
On another note would like your thoughts on the timeframe of the bank approval as I would think nothing would happen till after May 10 but not sure how much longer they would need to get set.
