It will go through, banking licenses are always the biggest hurdle to jump due to the amount of proving the business capabilities there are.
With the afterpay partnership and the market cap that comes with them, Afterpay wouldnt have partnered with NOV if they thought otherwise, they wouldnt have the need to do so either with the amount of options they would have had.
