re: Ann: Funding Discussions Continue with No... yes greedy perhaps but seems element acorn and Macqaurie are being just as greedy now.

element were the advisors from day one and they are back

the issue with the funding would have to be after reading the notes terms is

Sumico (WA) Pty Ltd:
(i) holds directly or indirectly or by associates, more than
45% of the issued capital of EMA on a fully diluted basis
at any time after 30 September 2012; or

this hasnt happened why i dont know, how who knows.
