$1.46m is Zijin, which was expected given Zijin's obvious interest. The other $540k is a minor surprise, but not very consequential in the overall scheme of things.
Having the money in the bank puts XAM on a good footing for the Karmagtai negotiations, hopefully we'll see an outcome this side of Christmas, as I dont think either side will want to drag it out.
