lautrec/others: IF one wants to be negative, one could speculate that Eddie would like to get the whole company "on the cheap" for himself...
I certainly do hope that this is NOT the planned scenario and that Eddie has the best intentions for ALL the shareholders.
Alternatively, I would not mind if Eddie sells the whole company for 20c per share (or better, of course).
