    The company has access to $4.3m for immediate use, with a total of $10m available as needed. In exchange, QuickFee effectively issues Wingate 5.6 million free shares, convertible at any point prior to mid-Dec 2027. Ideally, we would see these converted sooner rather than later (within the next twelve months).
