I still don't understand why EDM did not suspend trading on the 5th July when they received legal advise and decided to terminate the agreement.
Knowing that they need to stop AGS Capital from selling more of the shares.
Between 6th and 8th July, another ~ 50 million shares were dumped at 0.004.
I wonder the legal advice was from a conveyancing solicitor. :D
