Yes he did @ .28 this is great news for us SH as he is putting more money at a higher price than he did before @ .18 cents, it's show he is trying to calm SH.
He don't have to buy as he already have option for @ .30, 40, 50 , 60 so he is either wanted more skin in the game which I think yes to make more money.
