    ok, let me retract that comment and I will replace with this comment: once options are in the money they WILL at one point or another be exercised at the strike price - this is basic Finance theory you learn at Uni. In this case that strike price is $0.40. At that point, given the CR at $0.28 announced today, the average of all funds raised will be $0.32 per share.
