you say.........this is basic Finance theory you learn at Uni......................perhaps they should have taught you not to assume and read a statement correctly. the share will be issued at .28 cents as for the rest its irrelevant if the sp doesn't move. and IF for some unknown reason we don't get the ML. Your assumption is just that and most probably another lot of options go down the drain
