Very shortly, once the JV in which AVQ is a party to is allowed by the SIG to mine Isabel (given the other party to the JV, the landowners, want to mine with AVQ), the SP will be above $0.40. It'll probably be above $0.40 before that, but that's my take on the chart. At that point, the options WILL be exercised (they are what we call in the money), in which case the total raised as announced today will be equivalent to $0.32
