as a non holder and someone who is generally interested in EGR;
A milestone which would entice me in as a shareholder would be securing a mining lease at Epanko/ Tanzania.
Alternatively, if EGR cannot secure a lease; finding an alternative feed.
Determining the above would have a significant bearing on Capex, Opex and the overall profitability of the company in my opinion.
I believe this would massively de risk EGR as an investment.
