Start adding 6M shares to 9M shares to 12M shares, etc and you start to get yourself a voting block. Add some larger disgruntled holders and you then have something that can make change. As said though, unless 5% voting block of shareholders group together and do a 203D and a 209D for the Diretors (and we have to have new people to nominate and vote for), there is no change until next elections. I just can't believe how many announcements are made by this company with time frames and they always fail them. 3 days till end of month and I can guarantee you there is no drilling, so another announcement down the drain. At this rate we're better off doing a class action to sue for all the false announcements that have come out and influenced our purchasing of the stock. Just IMO
