Grant date is the date in which it was instituted.
This was derived by the board - for the board and some others ( supposed Key employees and contractors to ROG)
The trigger for them to receive this is 5days with a Market Cap of $100m dollars So $100,000,000 div by approx 5.4b shares = 1.85 cents
This was apparently bought up at AGM in the renumeration report, hence was voted down. Because of this being voted down it was then a vote should the board positions ( all but Knox) be made redundant and / or seek re election ( called a spill motion) this was narrowly defeated. Because of some reasons that has been discussed already.
These share options will stay alive for about 12 more months as performance payments if the trigger is reached ( 1.85c)
