I think when PG upgrade is announced (must be close now), and if it contains the goods in terms of grade one would expect that those from abroad where Garnet/sand mining has been banned may start to consider their options in terms of securing product before others jump the queue. Off-takes may not be that far away and could provide some form of financing as part of the deal. One thing is for sure, this project doesn't have much in the way of hurdles but it's mc is certainly inviting, can't beat the risk/reward numbers here. Liquidity or lack there of at higher prices will only have one impact on the sp when/if these type of deals start to come to fruition.
