Morning all,

What a sad day for WKT investors.

First of all the announcement is not price-sensitive, that should give you a good indication of how important the update is.

I cannot believe WKT put out an announcement that only details. We are now talking to African banks, we haven't entered into any formal agreements. So much for Allan saying he was excited about meeting with the "local investors".

We have all seen how long bank Due Diligence takes. Pareto who were only issuing Nordic bonds, needed 3 months to complete their DD, How many months will the African Banks require?

Will they require WKT to complete a BFS to secure the funding? we have seen graphite companies were required to go down this path as a requirement of the banks.
Or has WKT RAP been completed to the standard required for these lenders to provide Bank finance?


Maybe we should be discussing the elephant in the room.

Why would WKT go down this new path if Pareto's clients were close to completing the Notes?
