As previously posted by another poster, CD Capital Fund III will own 70% of Los Calatos Mining Inc at the end of the agreement. So basically they are paying themselves to develop the project. MNC have stood there with their pants down, swinging in the breeze and said, come in and take over our site, and pay us nothing for the privilege. BUT after maybe 5 years, (Who knows as CD will have full control of company ) we will get 30% of whatever THEY decide to sell the project for. Meanwhile back at the ranch at the Miraflores Project, it is still unfunded and of course us poor LTH will be hit again with dilution. WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE SMOKING? Am I reading this correctly? Or do I have the wrong end of the stick?
