The whole point of the deal is that we won't require a cap raising for LC.
Cash injection for equity swap to see it through feasibility and pre development. LC is going to run as a separate entity with MNC holding a 50% stake if I understand the ANN correctly.
50% of a mine with $ to fund it through feasibility is better than 100% of nothing because we don't have the cash.
First time I've been excited with MNC for some time.
