Why does it feel like RFA are hiding behind these projects for the cap raise so they can basically get shareholders to bail them out of debt. Debt they put themselves into investigating new opportunities. Opportunity that the shareholders haven't been told about or seen any benefits from as of yet. I don't know it just seems a little fishy to me (pun intended).
