Sorry, I think I may have been unclear. Not claiming there is an overbuild. Rather, trying to say that the sensible planned solution to sourcing winter solar for NSW and Vic, is to overbuild solar in Qld as solar built in northern Qld produces 1.5 time the winter solar as that built in NSW and more in Vic. Managing that asset in the summer will be tricky, but suggests lots of batteries to time shift.
