So, the up front $2.5m from J-Power for the Joint Development Agreement for Bulli Creek goes straight to original acquisition costs as below. As this acquisition was August last year, we were liable for these costs in 2 months anyway (12 month anniversary clause).
The original acquisition in August 2022 indicated these early costs
