Exactly, if the share price increases to $20 in 12 months as a result does it really matter that there are 20 or 50% more shares out there. I don think that moving from a MC of $22M to $50M is really relevant in view of the bigger picture. If we do succeed in the commercialization of our product and/or we partner post successful trials the earning potential will far exceed any dilution. All IMHO. Given the situation we were in it is a good outcome and will also provide some wriggle room to further broadcast the potential of the AVR product.
