It puts money within reach. But ONLY if Wayne needs to access it. It's a safety net if you like.
It keeps dilution to . minimum.
Plus options a 10 bucks means the share price has to hit $11.
The couple of funds that were announced the other day will buy on market and support the stock.
In doing all of these things these measures taken will ensure that the share price will follow as AVR heads towards the March
