From these termination conditions, it appears to me that it was drafted to support Anteris.
- Default of loan - not likely as they can drawdown by issuing shares to Mercer.
- Delisted from ASX - unlikely
- Unfavourable change in law - not that we are aware of any proposed change in law which will affect this agreement specifically.
So the most likely termination condition among them is change of control - i.e. an acceptable takeover bid by the shareholders.
Look positive to me!
