What do you mean by a deal? And what do you mean by funding happens?

I don't want to be a dampner, but look at my posts from last August.

There have been two things I have been writing. First, for last 13 years there have been no binding agreements. Since 2011. Look thru my posts. This deal is another one which has nothing binding. As I said, MGU effect is totally unknown, chances are, its not good.

I know you are a big fan of Neil. Tell me honestly, is there anything that ties Neil to MGU. He has Saudi play, Mid-Metals, etc. He may just jump ship and reach there and start playing in Mid-metals. Why will he stay at MGU? Why will MGU, at $10m company, a critical factor in $700m raise?. It doesn't make sense. When it doesn't make sense. There is a reason. It doesn't make sense, because its not right. MGU will have no gain from what is happening, to the extent, most current users will be out because they see no hope. I could be wrong. Completely wrong. But Neil I feel is heading that way. I wish you well. You may need it.
