• alright now the morning trading madness is over and i've grabbed a few more shares, here are my takeways
• 210m USD to be raised as midmetal and MGU's half
• Midmetal get certifcation for Saudi to fund the other 50% though the SIDF (i think i read that right)
• MGU to raise 10m at 7.4c which is almost 4 times higher than todays price
• funding to be concluded in Q4

things I'm unclear on

• it mentions investors in the CR, are we being offered the chance to invest or is that for insto's
• we'll have 10m working capital to progress BV but hismelt needs BV operational so where are we getting the CAPEX for that
• how many shares will be created in the garthering of the 210m USD
