    Just came across the Saudi project; immediately reminded me of a tale I heard, think it came from "Confessions of an Economic Hitman".
    What raw materials do the Saudis have for steel making? Any iron ore there? How far away is the market for the steel produced? Water? Why would you make steel there and not so many more suitable places? Lots of questions. I'm sure there are plenty more with a little thought.
