I think it’s a wrong reading. Para 3 on page 2 explains.
Prior to this it’s 50/50, MGU owned 50%, Midmetal owned 50%.
Now other investors will own 50% total for funding 50%. The 2 consultants for funding will own 20%, leaving 30% split 50/50 between MGU and MidMetal at 15% apiece.
