as far as I read the whole announcement is that we will own the 15% and half of mid metals 15% which obviously makes us at 22.5%. So after this whole raise is done I really hope we are the majority holder and some other major holders come in too. We also have our iron ore which feeds the hismelt plant so that will be another money making revenue too. I personally don't know how the biochar will workout our money wise for us I haven't had a proper research about it all but it's looking very good once everything is operational! Let's hope this makes all parties to hurry up and get this operating fast as I can see that happening as the Saudi fund has personally put their money in which makes this a sure thing. Let's hope this raise opens eyes to all these big investors and can see a huge upside and we can finish this raise well and truely done before the 4th quarter. It will be interesting to see what happens the next 2-3 months and see who wants to be a part of our team to get this over the line
