It is quite nice to see that they are respecting shareholders. No immediate dilution and only issuing approximately 25 million shares on a future date upon loan conversion. They understand they don't need a huge amount of capital to re-rate the share price.
And also a future rights issue to reward shareholders which will raise around 700K.
It is quite nice to see that they are respecting shareholders....
