A close based on a small number of shares wouldn’t have any impact on VWAP. That’s the point of VWAP after all.
I agree with Inverted - this raising was a bullish sign that the company can now raise money to drill more wells without having to give the farm away. Once that gas starts flowing at commercial rates, we can cut a project deal or raise cash at a much higher share price and keep the dilution to a minimum.
In the meantime, any of us that feel we missed out can get on the bid at the same 0.3 price as some already have today.
