Not one of the reasons to consolidate really makes sense. I don't get it. Stick really should be 10-12cents which is 5-6 dollars when consolidated
AND what does it mean by black rock gets equity consideration of 250 million shares? Is that before or after consolidation ? That's 10% ownership.
llittle Aussie barriers get shafted in my opinion.
