There is some level of comfort when Mac runs the ruler over a cash strapped junior and gives a preliminary tick. Price may run up on this alone.

However, the fact they can`t fund any of the shallow wells themselves means that initial production targets from getting the existing wells back online have not/will not be met. No surprises due to non-news flow as each milestone was missed on the timeline presented by management a few months ago.

Also Mac usually always comes with an equity dilution component pricing it well above the usual cost of capital. I won`t get any more until I know what the deal here is.
