We have been expecting christmas presents for the past many years. I think most who have applied for new licenses will get some and hopefully that will spark life in this old lady.
I would not be surprised if most of the financial milestones have been baked into the price already. If so we may not see +5 cent for a while. My hope is one milestone will start some sort of positive bounce, but I want to see it before I believe it. We have been there too many times before.
If nothing else mid 2025 first gas seems likely and BP seems to have gotten the jest of things with 7 cents as fair price.
