Underwritten rights issue at 8c. Whats INPs price again, 5.5c!! Must be a typo
No one's going to take their rights with the current SP. Suezerain, Skybound and GCH will mop up all free floating shares as underwriters and increase their takeover threshold significantly due to the sheers size of this non renounceable raising. The non renounceable raise looks like it will be significant sum to pay off debt which plays into GCH's exposure
GCH was being generous as well to support INP financially.
Board member appointed so slowly a new management team from GCH will take over.
Finally light at the end of tunnel for existing shareholders as the first step to oust the old management team and recapitalisation has eventuated
