The spread on the depth looks almost completely fabricated to me, single buyers evenly spread out, the sell side has moved lower and lower to fill the gap between buyers and sellers just enough to not have them trade. If the takeover bid was based on this no volume manipulation and management went for it, it would be a joke, even for this management.
