Yeah,ya right ausheds.
My interpretation of the reports that Ive read to date, is that we will have two production lines, one for the lower grade, one for higher grade Graphite.
I'm thinking the combined Capex for for the two lines, will be substantially less than the phase # II capex multiplied by the factor of 2.
My rationale for this assumption,is that it takes less processing for higher grade Graphite than lower grade Graphite.
The COP is quite relevant IMHO ausheds because with the AUS$ expected to trade circa .80 US$ ,VXL SHrs will get a nice bonus on the exports while the low AUS $ continues.
So to recap, were gunna double production to 114 T per year, for less than the phase #II Capex(IMHO),and were gunna reap a FOREX bonus, who wouldn't wanna be a VXL SHr?
All in my opinion of course.
