I think it was the decline which was harsh, as it was only based upon speculation regarding the lack of news over a 3 week period, and not even any confirmed bad news (which it now appears never existed anyway).
This is a clear situation where Warren Buffet's advice applies: value the entire business, don't focus on the share price.
