Indeed better and its a bridging loan. There is no mention of warrants or board seat.
The second loan is project finance - so will likely involve forward sales golds to cover the risk.
I was wrong about the Thai finance.. it would have nice. But just happy we have way forward.. now expect FID, Guidance on AISC and production JORC upgrade announcements, clarity on royalty concession.
I wonder if Investec was in consideration? Maybe the relationship broke down, I think there are still on share registry.
