Well this is different and adds a other twist to those comparing with GMC.
Management have had the balls to issue a breach notice (GMC never did this)
This "irrevocable" word interests me. How do they know the transfer will be complete by the 15th? That only gives them Monday and Tuesday to sort it out..... are we so close that they can give a hard date now? Why do Sanstons have to travel to Indonesia if we're this close?
Any thoughts Exberliner?
