No, the $13m was intended to be used for development of the oil fields acquired, and not a cent more. The remaining $12m is for other opportunities.

Our four subscribers definitely signed up with the expectation that the oil field deal would go ahead, but they've been sloppy with their paperwork haven't they. As stated the subscriptions are binding regardless of whether the oil field transaction proceeds.

You're assuming the deposit money is still under the control of the four investors. Who made the irrevocable agreement?
