Option 2 the merging with ASX listed entity could be interesting if it is a reputable ASX listed company (WHC, NHC etc) and not a no name shell that Martino and co have an interest in

Option 3 raising $50-100M by floating the holding company in China ? I assume Platinum or others would be involved somehow and have an exit strategy where the Chinese get left holding the bag, but if Cokal raises a swag at a premium and retains control then so be it. We have seen Platinum pump other stocks to all sorts of heights on other exchanges
