The Board are indefensible.
People on this thread have finally woken up to matters Yarramundi, nabinpaudal and I discussed here as far back as early 2014. It all started with the very poor business judgements to get involved in scrip-based takeover discussions with Blumont back in October 2013 when Blumont stock had been pumped from 2c to $2.00+. It has been downhill ever since for credibility.
Over that time (since late 2013) even those on HC who were at one time defending management on an almost hourly basis on these boards have changed their tune and woken up. Naivety was eventually squashed by the reality of what was really happening - nothing!
Even JS has finally woken up. Good luck with your "Open Letter to Peter Lynch" strategy, pal.
