    There has been a bit of this of late. Tinkler's Australian Pacific Coal has only a couple more days to come up with the cash to purchase Anglo Americans coal mine. Will be interesting to see if he can pull it off and couple that with the Salim/Rio deal and it will show there is some opportunistic buying around in a depressed coal market.
