Cakra tried for a T/O when the price of coking coal was around $100/t and offered 16c cash per share
With the price some 60% higher now, I expect there are other suitors who would now be running the ruler over Cokal, and more importantly, have the capacity/ability to complete any such bids
A cash bid around 8-10c is what I am expecting, which would be extremely low ball
If they are able to source commercial construction finance, then the stock should rerate 10c+
