I would think if the BOD actually looked after the sh's, then they would categorically and publicly reject any further offer scrip or cash from Cakra. It was only 3 months after the break down in the sp from 13c that Cakra's original t/o offer was announced. Do they seriously think any sh's thought they had nothing to do with this depressed sp?

Every opportunity and positive ann that would normally lead to an increase in the sp was met with substantial selling or shorting.

Now we have full approval, the project has next to no risk, we can actually build the mine, they fall short.

It would be difficult to get anyone to convince me the BOD are looking after nothing but themselves.

I wonder if that "key pre-condition" from the related ASX company is actually "get us a job on the board".
