    Indocopper, essentially agree however my perception is that companies like BHP the USD for costs is accurate. However, with local miners it is more like 50:50 and PL intimated to me they will operate more like a local miner.
    Also, hopefully you can access this link. China has decided to use their excess capacity to control the price of THERMAL COAL. No mention of coking coal.
