Pleased the Board is striving to hold shareholder value by securing a loan facility with options in regard to size and repayment. Suitors circling but offers not in shareholders interests, undervaluing our assets. Many Directors take the too hard approach and offload just to secure something. Thank you directors for holding and trying to realize NWE's assets. This next exercise with 3D will be crucial to long term value. The new member chasing the value of our other assets is also promising. Longtime sufferer with NWE but always left the light on! Have accumulated at the .002 when situation arose. Very limited opportunity to gain shares at the lowest of lows now. When you are at the lowest of lows the suffering is limited but the happiness, just maybe, is incalculable.

Incalculable definition: Something that is incalculable cannot be calculated or estimated because it is so great.
