My understanding is that they were booted out whixh should have happened late last year - Naseema Spark and Christopher as well as Iain Dustan should be banned from Directorships for their incompetence and disregard for investors concerns while collecting nice fees.. disgraceful and clearly breached their duties to investors.

Now the new directors have skin in the game - a lot of it - and experience in the field which may be the silver lining. But I would highlight the 'may be' ..

This bizz makes $70-80m pa in sales.. need operational efficiency- not sales growth - to turn those revenues into profits and cashflow. Even on a slim net profit margin of 5% would mean the company is trading on a PER of sub 2.5x.. now thats the upside but for f sake it needs execution...
